But, first let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am a full time agent with over 25 years of marketing and customer service experience. The bulk of my experience in marketing and customer service was gained during a long and rewarding career with the United State Army Recruiting Command.
I was licensed in 2001 and through a series of professional training sessions and a lot of hands on experience, I have gained tremendous insight into how best to assist buyers and sellers in accomplishing their dreams and objectives.
In 2004 I earned the designation of a Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) in support of and for my buyer clients. As most real estate practitioners know, sellers have always had the benefit of representation in a real estate transation, now buyer clients can have an equal advantage which will create a win/win process for all parties involved.
In 2008 I obtained the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert(CNE). This designation provide tools, approaches, and techniques for negotiating successful outcomes for my clients, whether they or buyers and, or sellers of real estate.
It is important that I continue to expand my knowledge of facilitating the home selling and buying processes, but just as important is ensuring that my buyer and seller clients are fully educated on what to expect when buying are selling a home. An educated buyer or seller is paramount in successfully completing the real estate transaction.
